I’m a Personal Trainer and Online Coach based in Dalston, Hackney - East London.
My fitness Journey started like many others - I struggled with disordered eating and body dysmorphia, using the gym as a way to punish my body instead of taking care of it. The gym felt intimidating and male-dominated, and I avoided spaces like the free weight section for fear of being judged or looking like I didn’t belong.
It wasn’t until I began focusing on feeling stronger rather than trying to be ‘skinnier’ that things started to change. With guidance from some amazing personal trainers (including my sister!), I learned how to structure my workouts, fuel my body properly, and push past the fear that had held me back. Slowly, the gym became a space of empowerment instead of intimidation. I began training not for aesthetics but for performance and what felt good for me.
As a personal trainer and online coach, my goal is to help people who have had similar experiences transform their relationship with fitness. I want you to feel empowered walking into the gym, confident in knowing exactly what to do, and motivated by your progress - not just physically, but mentally too. Together, we’ll create a routine that fits your lifestyle, makes you feel strong, and leaves you feeling uplifted, not burned out.
